About The Role

The Field Officer is the key on-ground representative of Sol’s ARC’s Inclusive Education Project. The role involves community mobilisation, school-level coordination, data collection, and follow-up with teachers and families of children with special needs (CwSN).



The Field Officer supports the District Coordinator in implementing district-level plans, ensuring that all activities are executed on time, with accuracy and inclusivity.

This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel to schools, homes, and community centres to monitor activities, collect data, and ensure that every child identified is linked to education and support services.

What We Need

We need a dedicated and compassionate Field Officer who can engage directly with communities, schools, and local authorities to implement inclusive education activities. You will ensure data accuracy, support training coordination, monitor school participation, and document inspiring stories of change.

Key Responsibilities

Community Mobilisation & School Linkages

Identify out-of-school CwSN and facilitate their enrolment in nearby schools.

Conduct home visits, interact with families, and counsel them on education advantages.
