Treebo Hospitality Ventures is India's largest stay network — 850+ hotels across 120+ cities, built on one conviction: quality travel shouldn't be a privilege. By combining technology with operational rigour, Treebo brought consistency and dignity to a budget segment that had neither.
In 2025, we soft launched, Medalio our in-house mid-market brand, built from the ground up for a recent kind of Indian traveller. Alongside it, we operate Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Mercure hotels in India as a master franchisee for Accor, bringing global brand standards to a market we already know better than most.
Now we're entering F&B; with two distinct brands, both under the mid-market umbrella.

Role Overview
We're building a hospitality brand with a real point of view. We need someone who can make people feel something about it, on the internet, in culture, in conversation.




We’re looking for a narrative person. Someone who wakes up thinking about what the brand should stand for this week, this month, this year and then actually makes it happen.

About the rol
eYou will own the social and content narrative for Medalio Hotels and our restaurant businesses. Owned channels, influencer ecosystem, community- all of it. You'll work with agencies, content creators, directors, editors and internal stakeholders
.You'll sit at the intersection of storytelling and execution. This role covers two distinct brand worlds- hospitality and dining and you'll need to find the thread that makes them feel like they belong to the same family without making them sound identical
