About The Role

Creative Edge by Toprankers is looking for a highly driven Growth Lead to own and accelerate the business performance. This is a business mid leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, sales excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, can lead cross-functional teams, and has the ability to translate business goals into execution. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, improving conversion rates, managing the center's P&L;, and ensuring an exceptional student experience while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue

Own the revenue and growth targets for the Indore center.
Drive admissions, conversions, and overall sales performance.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business KPIs and take corrective actions wherever required.
Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives to increase enrollments.

Sales & Lead Management





Lead the counseling and sales teams to maximize lead-to-enrollment conversion.
Review lead quality, pipeline health, follow-up efficiency, and conversion metrics.
Ensure CRM discipline and timely lead closures.
Build processes that improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

P&L; Ownership

Own the center's Profit & Loss.
Monitor revenue, operating costs, profitability, and budget utilization.
Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality.
Prepare periodic business reviews and performance reports for leadership.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and operations teams.
Set explicit performance expectations and review team productivity.
Build a high-performance, accountable culture focused on business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate closely with Marketing, Academics, Student Success Finance, HR, and Operations.
