About Scimax

Scimax is the manufacturing arm of Scimplify, focused on producing high-quality specialty chemicals for global customers across Agro, Pharma, and Industrial Chemicals. We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Factory HR skilled to lead end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing facility and create a compliant,



employee-centric workplace.

Role Overview

The Factory HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, industrial relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, contract labour management, and HR administration. The role requires close collaboration with Corporate HR, Plant Leadership, and functional teams to ensure seamless people operations while maintaining compliance with applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave administration, shift rosters, and manpower records.
