About The Role

This is a Category Manager role responsible for building and expanding Xoxoday's Lifestyle & Wellness category across India, USA, Europe, and the Middle East (ME) for enterprise, banking, and loyalty clients.

The role will own end-to-end category management — from category strategy, merchant acquisition, commercial negotiations, and onboarding to marketplace growth, category performance, and customer experience. You will work closely with merchant partners, product, operations, enterprise sales, banking partnerships, marketing, and growth teams to build a best-in-class wellness ecosystem.

The category includes Health & Wellness, Financial Wellness, Personal Care, Beauty, Fitness, Mental Wellness, Preventive Healthcare, Learning & Development, and Everyday Lifestyle Benefits.

This is a hands-on business role requiring strong category management, commercial acumen, partnership development, analytical thinking, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Growth

Own the overall strategy, growth,



and commercial performance of the Lifestyle & Wellness category.

Develop category roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer demand across multiple markets.

Identify recent business opportunities, market trends, and emerging consumer needs across health, financial, and personal wellbeing.

Own category KPIs including GMV, revenue, margins, merchant growth, customer adoption, and utilisation.

Continuously benchmark competitors and recommend recent products, services, partnerships, and category innovations.
