We are seeking a talented individual to join our M&A; Advisory Services team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

IMEA M&A; Engagement Advisor & Commercial Leader, is a key leadership role and is responsible for driving the growth, scaling, and expansion of Mercer’s M&A; brand across the IMEA region. You will work closely with our Global M&A; team, local geography leaders, and Career leadership to deliver exceptional client service and business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for understanding and addressing client needs, embodying our purpose to Build the Confidence to Thrive through the Power of Perspective. You will be a seasoned leader with the ability to inspire teams through vision and enthusiasm, build trusted relationships, and unlock the full potential of people with resilience, empathy, and humility. This position reports directly to the Global M&A; Advisory Leader.

What you need to have:





Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
At least 10 years of qualified experience in M&A; and Human Capital, including consulting experience with Corporates as well as Private Equity firms.
Established personal brand presence and network within M&A; advisory services buying centers.
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with AI tools.
