Manage multiple projects for contract migration
Leads Discovery Sessions for Contract Migration
Understand current location of files and associated metadata
Abstract mandatory fields from Contracts
Load Contracts and related documents establishing proper structure (parent-child/related documents)
Conducts User Acceptance Testing with Client migrated contracts
Logs and resolves migration/abstraction related issues
Pre-upload and post upload review and quality check for contracts

Requirements
Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience with Contract Review
Valuable knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in law preferred
Familiarity with Legal Project Management and Ticketing Software Tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship builder and problem solver
Excellent client-facing skills and focus on customer service
Well Verse with actual data upload activity
