Documenting as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents.
Developing data conversion and Test scripts.
Providing Quality Assurance & necessary documentation of the same.
Acting as a point of contact and liaising with developers and clients.
Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
