Join our team as a Microsoft 365 Architect and help shape and support enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 services in a global environment. In this role, you will provide architectural guidance, platform administration, and governance across Microsoft 365 services while working closely with architecture leads, service owners, and global delivery teams. If you have strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and Azure, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a complex enterprise ecosystem.

We are looking for people who are ready to start work immediately and who can work 5 days a week in the office. Your tasks Supporting the configuration, governance, and continuous evolution of Microsoft 365 services in line with enterprise architecture standards

Providing architectural guidance across Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance, and Unified Communications

Managing identity, access, retention, and compliance policies while ensuring secure and consistent Microsoft cloud configurations

Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate administration, configuration, and troubleshooting activities

Collaborating with architecture leads, service owners, and external service providers to deliver reliable platform support across L1, L2, and L3 operations

Translating enterprise requirements into scalable, secure, and standardized Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions

Supporting Azure administration activities, including RBAC, governance policies, App Services, gateways, and enterprise integrations

Driving platform improvements by monitoring service health, resolving complex issues,



and ensuring adherence to governance and security standards Requirements At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise platform support within large, complex environments

Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance, and Unified Communications

Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for administration, automation, and troubleshooting

Strong knowledge of identity and access management, governance, retention, compliance policies, and Microsoft 365 administration

Experience providing architectural guidance and collaborating with architecture teams in global, multi-vendor environments

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including RBAC, App Services, governance policies, gateways, and enterprise integrations

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI services and Microsoft Purview is considered an advantage

Knowledge of Power Platform technologies (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages)
