About The Opportunity We are a dynamic player in the India-based travel & hospitality sector, specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism. Our team partners with global and domestic corporations, event agencies, and brands to deliver seamless, high-impact business travel experiences—from venue sourcing and delegate management to on-ground execution and post-event analytics. With a rapidly expanding client portfolio and a focus on premium B2B experiences, we’re scaling our sales leadership to drive strategic growth across India’s key MICE markets.
Role & Responsibilities Own and expand the MICE sales pipeline across India—targeting corporates, event planners, associations, and government bodies.
Design and pitch bespoke MICE packages (including venue, F&B;, transport, team-building, and tech integration) aligned with client KPIs.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, convention centers, DMCs, and destination marketing organizations.
Lead cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing)
to deliver end-to-end MICE experiences with 95%+ client satisfaction.
Track and report on regional MICE market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities for sales strategy refinement.
Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to annual growth planning for the MICE division.
