Role Overview: Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent : It involves administrative, operational, and support tasks that are crucial for a company's smooth functioning, but don't directly interact with customers. This role focuses on internal processes, data management, and record-keeping to support the front office and overall business operations. Role & Responsibility: · Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality and service · Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).



· Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis · Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication · Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources · Excellent knowledge in computer software usage – Microsoft word, excel and power point.
