Glowing Digital is seeking a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Set up conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.




- Prepare campaign performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad assets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
