Performance Marketing Specialist

We are launching a new premium music artist and are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the digital growth strategy for song releases. This role is focused on driving measurable results across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram & Facebook), YouTube (Google Ads), and other relevant platforms.
- Develop launch strategies for new music releases.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize:
- Music video views
- Spotify and Apple Music streams
- Song saves and playlist adds
- Instagram follower growth
- Audience engagement
- Build and manage audience targeting and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, hooks, thumbnails, and ad copy.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets based on data.
- Coordinate with the social media, PR, influencer, and content teams to ensure a synchronized launch.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend strategies to improve audience acquisition and fan retention.

Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Proven experience promoting:




- Music artists
- Songs
- Music videos
- Entertainment brands
- OTT, film, or creator campaigns
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads & YouTube campaigns
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- Audience segmentation and retargeting
- Understanding of music consumption behaviour and digital entertainment trends.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching independent artists or music labels.
- Knowledge of Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music ecosystems.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator campaigns.
- Experience working with music distributors, entertainment agencies, or record labels.
