About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives such as leads, sales, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and create Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Pixel.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.




- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign objectives.
- Experience with Meta Pixel setup and event tracking.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with campaign budgeting and scaling strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
