Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience to build scalable web applications and high-performance RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with MongoDB, React.js, Node.js, and Fastify/Express.js, along with modern JavaScript, backend architecture, authentication, and deployment practices.

Required Skills

· Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Responsive Design, Redux Toolkit/Context API, React Router, Axios/Fetch API

· Backend: Node.js, Fastify, Express.js, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth, RBAC, Middleware, File Uploads, Validation, Error Handling, Swagger/OpenAPI

· Database: MongoDB, Mongoose, Indexing, Aggregation Pipelines, Data Modeling

· DevOps & Tools: Git, GitHub, Docker, Postman, VS Code, npm/pnpm, Linux Basics

· Cloud (Preferred): AWS, Vercel, Render, Railway, DigitalOcean

· Security: JWT, OAuth, bcrypt, CORS, Helmet, Rate Limiting, Input Validation, XSS & CSRF Protection

· Testing (Preferred): Jest, Vitest, Supertest, React Testing Library

Responsibilities

· Develop scalable React applications.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Strong JavaScript and TypeScript.

· Hands-on React.js, Node.js, Fastify/Express.js.

· Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, Mongoose, Git workflows, and clean code principles.
