Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team of passionate professionals. If you're a highly skilled developer with 2-3 years of experience in the MERN (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack and have a proven track record of building scalable and efficient web applications, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.) Good Understanding of End to End feature requirements

2.) Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.Js).

3.) Design and implement front-end user interfaces using Next.Js.

4.) Should independently design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components.

5.) Should be able to analyze & determine the root cause for the complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.

6.) Assist in task planning, estimation & scheduling

7.) Node.js backend - Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint.

8.) Address and improve any technical issues.

9.) Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and productive systems.

10.) Follow Software development best practices, and established processes

Work closely with Senior Engineers for Sprint planning & delivery

12.) Should be able to coordinate with Architecture, Product & other stakeholders as required

13.) Should be able to effectively work in a team environment

14.) Mentor Junior Software Engineers for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.

15.) Determine process improvements, and best practices, and develop new processes.

16.) Collaborate well with DevOps, UI/UX Designers, and Testers to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems.

Qualifications:

1.) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field.

2.) Candidate with 2-3 Years of relevant experience in MERN Stack Developer

3.) Strong hands-on experience in Front End Technologies: HTML, CSS, React Js, Typescript, Next Js, XML, JQuery.

4.) Strong hands-on experience in Backend Technologies: Node.js, Express, APIs.

5.) Good experience in Middleware & DB layer: Express Js, MongoDB, MySQL, and Amazon RDS

6.) Add on experience in Automation and Collaboration Tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira/Confluence, and MS Teams

7.) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

8.) Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
