Role & responsibilities

- Handle merchandising activities.

- Coordinate with the Marketing, Production, PPC, Sampling, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

- Prepare order sheets and maintain merchandising documentation.

- Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution of production schedules.

- Follow up on sampling, lab dips, approvals, and production status.

- Assist in product development and sample management.

- Maintain accurate MIS reports related to orders, production, and sampling.

- Ensure all product specifications are communicated accurately to the concerned departments.

- Visit garment manufacturers, processing units, and other business partners across India as required.

- Travel across PAN India for order follow-ups, product development and business coordination.

- Coordinate internally to resolve production and execution-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

- Must be willing to undertake frequent PAN India travel based on business requirements.
