- Own end-to-end item setup and product data management across Kroger systems.
- Ensure high data quality through validation, governance, and compliance standards.
- Oversee processing of high-volume item maintenance, modifications, and support tickets.
- Drive improvements in item setup processes and system efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between item data, assortment decisions, and digital availability.
Demand Planning Delivery-
- Own end-to-end demand forecasting for Kroger Manufactured Products and General Merchandise items aligning with merchandising strategy.
- Drive forecast accuracy by incorporating sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand patterns.
- Review and approve forecast adjustments based on business changes such as assortment shifts and supply disruptions.
- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consensus-driven demand plans.
- Monitor KPIs and provide governance on forecast performance and variances.
