We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP work at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site team for daily activities.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
- Ensure safety norms and statutory compliance at site.
- Identify and resolve MEP-related site issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP services.

Requirements:

- 10th / 12th pass
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as MEP Supervisor
- Experience in real estate / residential / township projects
- Robust site execution and contractor-handling skills
