Our teams deliver coordinated BIM models, construction documentation and detailing solutions while working as an extension of our clients’ design and construction teams. About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Engineer with strong Revit MEP modelling and multidisciplinary coordination experience. The successful candidate will develop accurate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection models, prepare construction documentation and coordinate with architectural and structural teams on international projects. Key Responsibilities

Develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Model HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection systems according to project requirements.

Create models across different project stages and Levels of Development.

Prepare coordinated layouts, plans, sections, schedules and construction or shop drawings.

Convert CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches and design inputs into accurate Revit models.

Create and modify Revit families for MEP equipment, fixtures and components.

Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural disciplines.

Perform clash detection and help resolve coordination issues using Revit and Navisworks.

Review design inputs, specifications and engineering requirements before modelling.

Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards and naming conventions.

Perform model audits, quality checks and drawing reviews before submission.

Incorporate client comments and manage project revisions within agreed timelines.

Collaborate with BIM coordinators, engineers and project managers.

Maintain model accuracy,



coordination quality and project delivery standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2–5 years of relevant MEP BIM experience.

Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

Practical knowledge of at least one major MEP discipline, with an understanding of multidisciplinary building systems.

Experience producing coordinated BIM models and construction-documentation packages.

Understanding of MEP coordination, spatial requirements and clash-resolution workflows.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications and client requirements.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and time-management skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Skills

Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.

Knowledge of Revit family creation and model-health management.

Experience performing clash detection and preparing coordination reports.

Exposure to projects based in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada or Europe.

Familiarity with international MEP standards, building codes and construction practices.

Experience working on residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality or institutional projects.
