About Medyzen

Medyzen partners with hospitals and clinics and places a medicine ordering point inside their facility. Patients order after consultation, and a nearby Medyzen store fulfils and delivers it. The clinic earns from every order without holding stock, hiring a pharmacist, or carrying compliance.

We are launching operations in Meerut and building our first set of clinic partnerships across the city.

About the Role

You are the face of Medyzen on the ground in Meerut. You will find the clinics worth partnering with, get in front of the doctor, explain what we do in language they trust, and bring back a signed partnership.

This is not a desk job and not a telecalling job. You will be out in the city every day, waiting outside OPDs, handling rejection, and following up until a doctor says yes.

What You Will Own

- Build a lead list of clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners across Meerut
- Meet doctors in person, explain the model, and pitch the partnership
- Profile each clinic: patient volume, current pharmacy setup, and where it is losing money
- Follow up consistently, handle objections, and close partnership agreements
- Maintain a clean pipeline tracker with every lead and conversation documented
- Hand over confirmed partners to the operations team for onboarding
- Report ground-level feedback on what lands and what objections repeat

Requirements
- 1 to 4 years in field sales: pharma MR, medical devices,



diagnostics, or healthcare B2B
- Local to Meerut, with existing relationships among doctors and clinic owners in the city
- Strong at sales, able to earn a doctor's trust and close a partnership
- Fluent in Hindi, able to hold a detailed professional conversation with a doctor
- Comfortable with cold in-person approaches and daily field movement
- Owns a two-wheeler and a smartphone

Good to Have
- Relationships with hospital administrators, not just individual practitioners

- Any graduate degree

- Working English
- Experience with a CRM, Google Sheets, or any pipeline tracking system

Compensation and Growth ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month in hand, based on experience, plus a performance incentive on every clinic partnership you close. Travel within Meerut is reimbursed.

There is no annual review cycle here. Solid output moves your compensation and your title. Growth path: Medical Representative to Team Lead to City Lead.
