Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Siwan.

The Medical Sales

Representative will promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include visiting healthcare professionals, explaining product benefits and usage, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on leads and inquiries. The role also involves maintaining robust customer relationships, managing orders, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.





The Medical Sales

Representative will collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies, participate in training sessions, and ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present products clearly and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine to understand therapeutic areas and product usage in clinical settings.
- Basic understanding of Pharmacy practices, prescription processes, and drug distribution workflows.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet sales targets, and manage time and travel efficiently.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is highly beneficial.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language and basic English, along with familiarity with using mobile and computer-based sales tools.
