About the Role
As an Automation & AI Engineer, you will build, maintain, and extend Radancy’s portfolio of AI agents and automation solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role: you take agent concepts and integration requirements from architecture into working, production-grade solutions.
You work alongside the Senior Automation & AI Architect, who owns platform strategy, standards, and infrastructure. You turn those standards into shipped agents. That means connecting Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to internal knowledge sources and business systems, and growing the reach of the existing agent portfolio (e.g. Solution 360, QBR, Knowledge Transfer, and Media ROI agents).
This is not a junior role.



You are expected to work independently on scoped deliverables, make sound technical decisions within agreed standards, and raise issues before they become blockers.
What does a great AI Engineer do?
Build and maintain AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio (and Agent Builder), configuring instructions, knowledge sources, actions/tools, and generative orchestration
Develop and maintain integrations and custom connectors that ground agents in, and act on, internal and third-party systems, via Power Automate, custom connectors (classic & MCP), MS Graph, REST/APIs, and backing services (e.g. BigQuery, Cloud Functions, or other cloud/on-prem endpoints as needed)
Curate and ground agents on knowledge sources so answers are accurate, scoped, and traceable to their source
Extend existing production agents with current capabilities, data sources, and integrations while preserving reliability and backward compatibility
