Role Overview

The Sr. Data Scientist / Data Scientist Executive will be responsible for building analytics-led, AI-driven solutions for internal stakeholders (Senior Management, Business, Marketing, Product) and external customers (Banks, MSMEs, and Retail borrowers).





This role involves working on predictive modelling, machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and LLMbased solutions, especially for unstructured data such as documents and images, with real-world deployment in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Machine Learning

Analyse large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Design, build, validate, and deploy predictive models, ML algorithms, and statistical models.
Develop and productionize models such as Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, deep learning models, etc.
Conduct EDA, feature engineering, and performance evaluation using appropriate metrics.

Computer Vision & Document AI

Build and deploy computer vision solutions including object detection, image classification, OCR, and segmentation.
Develop Document AI pipelines for extracting insights from scanned documents, PDFs
