Experience Range:
2 - 5 years

Responsibilities include:
Managing contract intake and requests, assisting with the approvals and execution process, and contributing to document management and agreement reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to quickly adopt workflow changes, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and handle sensitive information with discretion.





In this role, you will:
Manage the contract intake process by submitting intake forms on behalf of select McDonald’s leaders and verifying contract details across various systems.
Facilitate contract execution by supporting approval workflows and the use of DocuSign to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards by confirming all contract precedents and references and applying established contract requirements wherever applicable.
Maintain contract records using the CLM tool as the single source of truth, ensuring all documents are accurately formatted, consistently stored, and properly archived.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and of 1-3 years of legal training.
Experience working with Icertis or similar CLM tool.
1-3 years of legal assistant experience providing administrative support preferred.
