About the Role
Atari's technology team spans infrastructure, DevOps, IT operations, and
multiple engineering teams, with many initiatives running in parallel. A large
part of this role is keeping that portfolio coordinated: holding the full
picture of everything in motion, keeping parallel threads aligned and moving,
and building the AI and automation that make this possible at scale. Technical
leads own the delivery of their own teams' work; this role complements them by
holding the view across teams, connecting dependencies, and keeping shared goals
aligned so the portfolio moves forward as a whole.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven program management role with a robust
emphasis on AI and automation. It suits someone who takes ownership of outcomes,
brings order to complexity, and is energised by keeping many moving parts on
