Job Description:
we are looking for SAP Datasphere and Databricks to provide L1/L2 support for our global Data & Analytics platforms. This role ensures high availability, reliability, and performance of critical data services that power scientific and business insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 support for SAP Datasphere and Databricks environments, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
SAP Datasphere (data modeling, integration, connectivity troubleshooting)
Databricks (cluster management, job monitoring, performance tuning)
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Storage) and Power BI is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with ITIL practices and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder interaction
