We are seeking an experienced finance qualified to strengthen our Finance & Accounts function and support the company's growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the organization's finance and accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, managing cash flow, and supporting business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting expertise, and experience in manufacturing or electronics industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain books of accounts in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Review journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.




Monitor vendor payments and customer receivables.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
Manage ageing analysis and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST, and tax auditors.
Maintain statutory records and documentation.
Assist in annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
Monitor departmental budgets and analyze variances.
Support cost optimization initiatives and management reporting.
Manage banking operations, fund flow, and cash flow planning.
Process vendor payments, salary disbursements, and statutory payments.
Coordinate with banks for loans, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking requirements.
