? Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Independently manage niche sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiations, and closures.
Specialized Pipeline Building: Build and continuously nurture a strong talent pipeline for Salesforce (Admins, Developers, Architects, Consultants across all clouds), Conga CPQ/CLM specialists,



and CPQ professionals.
Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Execute passive candidate mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter searches, Boolean search strings, and industry mapping—moving beyond traditional job boards.
Stakeholder Advisory: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and senior leadership as a trusted advisor, translating technical mandates into accurate sourcing criteria.
Screening & Qualification: Apply structured screening scorecards to evaluate technical depth, stakeholder maturity, and notice period fit.

?️ Required Qualifications & Experience
7–10 Years of total IT/Tech recruitment experience in SaaS products, GCCs, MNCs, or Salesforce consulting environments.
Proven track record hiring across Salesforce Multi-Cloud ecosystem roles (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Directors).
Hands-on experience building talent pipelines specifically for Conga (CPQ/CLM) and CPQ specialists.
