Key Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end ownership of products and features — from ideation, architecture, and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
Design and build scalable, user-centric solutions that solve critical business challenges while delivering seamless customer experiences.
Develop high-quality, modular, maintainable, and production-ready code following engineering best practices.
Optimize system architecture, application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across services.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, AI, and DevOps to deliver impactful solutions.
Build and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and distributed systems with a focus on performance and resilience.
Ensure high system availability and smooth deployments with minimal to zero downtime.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices initiatives.




Leverage AI-assisted development workflows and modern engineering tools to accelerate development while maintaining strong software fundamentals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), preferably from Tier-1 institutions.
Robust strategic communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability in real-world problem solving using first-principles thinking.
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django), and Golang.
Hands-on experience with database design, RDBMS (PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases.
Skilled in writing unit and integration test cases.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and technologies.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS EC2, Cognito, API Gateway, ECS).
Experience with pub-sub technologies (SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of caching tools (Redis, Hazelcast).
Exposure to DevOps practices and Big Data (a plus).
