We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Senior Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience to join our offshore delivery team. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting global Oracle Fusion implementations and AMS engagements, with robust expertise in business process design, production support, and SLA-driven delivery aligned with ITSM practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and optimize end-to-end business process flows across Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
Provide offshore support for Oracle Fusion SCM and Manufacturing AMS projects.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLA timelines.
Collaborate with onsite teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and effective communication.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
Adhere to ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
