Role Description The Audit Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area,



responsible for overseeing internal and external audit activities across branches and departments. The role includes planning and executing financial and operational audits, reviewing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and cooperative society guidelines. The Audit Manager will analyze financial records, assess risk areas, verify adherence to policies, and prepare detailed audit reports with clear recommendations for improvement. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with branch and head office teams, monitoring implementation of audit findings, and supporting management in strengthening governance and risk management frameworks. The role also includes mentoring audit staff, standardizing audit procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in financial transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant financial and regulatory principles.
