Role Description:
This is a full time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Associate at VOLUME. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other marketplace platforms. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage performance marketing campaigns while maximizing ROI and business growth.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor,



and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.
Handle monthly advertising budgets of ₹10 Lakhs or more while ensuring efficient budget utilization.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and marketing efficiency.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
