Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
(D365 F&O;) Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations across
multiple business functions, including Finance, Project Operations, Human
Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation
Management, Commerce, Sales, Service Management, Product Information Management
(PIM),



and Sustainability/ESG.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather
requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, configure D365 F&O; modules, support
integrations, lead UAT, and ensure successful implementation of scalable
business solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for D365 F&O;
implementations.

* Configure and implement one or more D365 F&O; functional modules based on
business requirements.

* Configure Project Management & Accounting, including project contracts, WBS,
budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and project invoicing.

* Configure Human Resources & Payroll, including organizational structures,
compensation, leave & attendance, India payroll compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS,
Gratuity), and statutory reporting.
