Role Overview
Kavish Engineers is hiring a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with potential buyers and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders. The candidate will be responsible for explaining oil extraction machines, understanding customer requirements and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
Contact prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines
Explain product features, specifications, pricing and benefits
Prepare and share quotations with potential customers
Conduct regular follow-ups until the order is confirmed
Convert enquiries and qualified leads into clients
Maintain accurate lead and customer records




Coordinate with production and internal teams regarding orders
Build long-term relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling or lead conversion
Solid communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to confidently explain technical or industrial products
Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, MS Office and lead-management tools
Target-oriented, disciplined and consistent with follow-ups
Experience in machinery, manufacturing or industrial product sales will be an advantage
