Position Overview
Adani Defence & Aerospace is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – UAV to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic customer relationships for its Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) portfolio. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, supporting bid management activities, and securing orders from defence, homeland security, and government.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the UAV business across domestic and international markets.
Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities with the Indian Armed Forces, CAPFs, State Police, Government Agencies, Defence PSUs, and strategic customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers, procurement authorities, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor upcoming tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and defence procurement programs related to UAV platforms and associated systems.
Lead customer engagements, presentations, product demonstrations,



and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with engineering, product, program management, and manufacturing teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
Support bid management activities, including proposal preparation, compliance reviews, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and opportunity assessments to support business planning.
Develop strategic partnerships with defence OEMs, technology providers, and industry partners.
Represent Adani Defence & Aerospace at defence exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and industry forums.
Support order execution teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and project delivery.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth aligned with organizational objectives.

Preferred Product Exposure
Experience in UAV and defence technology domains, including Tactical UAVs, VTOL UAV Platforms, MALE/HAL
