MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical
field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders,
driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.

* Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity
planning, product release management), technical support, escalation
management, or IT consulting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in sales operations, management
consulting, finance, or program management.
* Proficient in executing strategic initiatives and utilizing sales enablement
platforms, with a focus on adopting and deploying AI-powered solutions to
streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
* Exceptional project and stakeholder management, with a demonstrated ability
to partner seamlessly with external entities to successfully scale
operational systems.
* Leveraging direct SQL and data analytics expertise to uncover and




troubleshoot intricate data quality concerns, uphold data integrity.
