Role Overview:
The Business Head ( International / Export Marketing) – ERW Tube & Pipe will be responsible for the overall P&L; ownership, business development, sales strategy, operations oversight, and growth of Karamtara's ERW Tube & Pipe Division.



This is a high-impact leadership role that demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution capability. The incumbent will drive market penetration, build key customer relationships, and establish the division as a significant player in the ERW tubes & pipes market — domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & P&L; Management:
Own the complete P&L; of the ERW Tube & Pipe Division ( International / Export Marketing)
Develop and execute the short, medium, and long-term business strategy aligned with Group goals
Set revenue targets, volume plans, pricing strategy, and profitability benchmarks
Identify current business opportunities, market segments, and geographies for growth
Sales & Business Development:
Lead and expand the sales network — direct, dealer/distributor, and institutional channels
Drive key account management with large infrastructure, construction,
