Position Title: Public Relations Account Director – Technology

Overview:

As an Public Relations Director in the Technology Practice at AVIAN WE, you will lead high-profile technology accounts and drive strategic communications, client relationships, and the execution of integrated public relations campaigns.
We are looking for an experienced communications professional who can help technology brands tell complex stories in explicit, compelling, and unconventional ways. This is an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Technology Practice as we expand our client portfolio and partner with some of the most innovative companies in the industry.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of key client accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure that all communications initiatives are aligned with clients’ business, brand, and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, technologies, target audiences, industry challenges, and competitive landscapes.
Provide strategic counsel on corporate communications, brand positioning, product communications, media strategy, executive profiling, thought leadership, and crisis management.
Lead client meetings, reviews, status calls, presentations, and strategic discussions.
Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client man
