Role Summary/ Job Description
A Subject Matter Expert responsible for enabling talent across creative production teams to become production-ready, quality-focused, and process-compliant professionals.
This role drives capability building across Print, Digital, Motion, Email, and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring employees deliver high-quality creative outputs with efficiency, consistency, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop,



and deliver structured onboarding programs for recent hires.
Create role-based learning journeys, technical curricula, training manuals, SOPs, and learning assets.
Deliver instructor-led classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and hands-on practical learning.
Demonstrate production workflows using real business scenarios and live project examples.
Coach and mentor employees during onboarding and production ramp-up.
Assess learner competency through practical assignments, assessments, certifications, and performance reviews.
Identify technical skill gaps and recommend targeted development plans.
Conduct refresher training and continuous upskilling programs aligned with evolving business requirements.
Collaborate with Business Leaders, Operations, Quality, and L&D; teams to ensure learning content remains current and aligned with industry best practices.
