What You'll Own
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll help shape how Plum shows up in the creator ecosystem. From discovering the right voices to executing high-impact campaigns, you'll build partnerships that are authentic, memorable, and drive real business impact. You'll work closely with Brand, Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and external creators to bring Plum's stories to life.

What You'll Do
Build and nurture a strong network of creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Develop meaningful, long-term partnerships with influencers who genuinely align with Plum's values and community.




Conceptualize and execute influencer campaigns—from product launches and paid collaborations to barter campaigns, UGC initiatives, and always-on advocacy programs.
Independently manage end-to-end campaign execution, including creator discovery, outreach, negotiations, briefing, approvals, campaign tracking, and reporting.
Manage influencer budgets, negotiate commercials, process invoices, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with agencies and creator platforms to scale campaigns while maintaining quality.
Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights on creator effectiveness, engagement, and business impact.
Stay on top of creator trends, platform updates, cultural moments, and emerging opportunities to keep Plum ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns are aligned with broader brand and business objectives.
