Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead product and technology initiatives across our digital gold, digital silver and broader digital commerce businesses.
The role will own product development across our app, website and external distribution platforms, covering the complete journey from requirement definition and prioritization through development, UAT, launch and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Roadmap and Delivery:
· Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, revenue potential, business urgency and technology dependencies.




· Translate business requirements into transparent PRDs, user stories, customer journeys and acceptance criteria.
· Manage initiatives through design, development, testing, UAT, launch and post-launch stabilization.
· Maintain clear visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions and ownership across all active workstreams.
2. SIP and Payment Products:
· Lead the development of daily, weekly and monthly SIP journeys across owned and partner platforms.
· Improve payment success rates, transaction reliability and the overall customer experience across recurring investment journeys.
· Own mandate creation, payment failures, retries, cancellations, refunds and reconciliation-related requirements.
· Establish monitoring and escalation mechanisms for transaction failures, technical errors and customer-impacting issues.
