Good communication skills with respect to interaction with application stakeholders and understanding requirements (consultancy skills)
Capable of identifying new standard onboarding patterns and explain applications our standard onboarding patterns;
Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks;
Min 3 years professional experience with Identity & Access Management;
Min 1 years professional experience with IGA/SailPoint or similar tooling. Focused more on onboarding applications;
Knowledge of and experience with entitlement/authorization management processes;
Experience in SailPoint Support actvitiy.
Good-to-Have
Experience in Agile way of working
Scripting / Programming experience (i.e. Java, Beanshell, JavaScript);
Strong integration experience with SailPoint working with LDAP, web services (Rest/SOAP), SCIM, Database, SAAS applications (OKTA), Workday, SAP Suite etc.
Experience working with CICD Pipelines, Azure, Linux servers etc.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Validation and implementation of functional and non-functional requirements for the onboarding of business applications into the IAM solution in agreement with the business / IT principles and practices and standards.
Having intakes with application owner for onboarding their application using the standard patterns. If not standard determine the work needed for application to connect to our standard.
Align with architecture on current onboarding patterns that can be repeated multiple times
Configure the technical application onboarding using our standard functionality in line with the IAM architectural principles, the company IAM strategy and the standard
