What are you expected to do?
Managing the founders’ and leaders’ schedule, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Filter and prioritize tasks based on outcomes and priorities of the leaders
Take on ad-hoc workplace projects that the leaders want to execute
Manage the leader(s) qualified commitments, including scheduling meetings, appointments, engagements, and travel arrangements
Schedule departmental meetings, business reviews, offsites and town halls; assist in the planning, preparation and execution of these events
Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
Work on calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to leaders
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Act as a liaison and provide support for the Board meetings
