Required Skills
Solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and HRMS tools.




Expertise in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and Income Tax).
Experience in Full & Final settlements and payroll reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with Adrenalin HRMS (preferred).
Good understanding of the Wage Code, Minimum Wages, labour laws, and payroll statutory compliance.
Experience in quarterly and annual income tax processes, Form 16 administration, and year-end payroll activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and MIS reporting).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling payroll and employee data.
4–8 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits and Statutory Compliance.
Experience managing payroll for large employee headcounts and multi-location operations is preferred
