What you will do •
Execute high velocity outbound prospecting. Engage Risk, Credit, Product, and Founder or CXO level decision makers across NBFCs, banks, fintechs, and lending companies via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Handle strong daily activity (80 to 100+ outbound dials and touches) with real talk time. Consistently hit and exceed meeting booked targets and hand clean, qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Build and run targeted email campaigns. Write and manage multi touch sequences that get opens, replies, and meetings, not just sends.
• Own the event driven motion for BFSI and fintech conferences and summits. Build targeted attendee campaigns, drive traffic to on site meetings and demos, and convert booth conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Run pre event and post event sequences to nurture conference leads from MQL to SQL conversion.
• Maintain Zoho CRM hygiene end to end. Log every activity, manage outreach sequences, and support contact enrichment, deduplication, and database audits that keep forecasting accurate.
• Operate a up-to-date sales stack.



Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email and sequencing tools, and AI research assistants to personalise outbound at scale.
• Carry both products. Learn to position BeFiSc and FinEye correctly to the right buyer and pitch the right use case for the right problem.
Who you are
• 1 to 5 years in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or demand generation. SaaS, fintech, or data and API products preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone. You can hold a cold call with a senior banker and not flinch.
• Strong written English. You can write an email that a busy CXO actually replies to.
• Hands on with a CRM (Zoho experience is a plus) and disciplined about logging and hygiene.
• Target driven and self managed. You track your own funnel and know your conversion at every stage.
• Bonus: you understand the Indian lending, NBFC, or BFSI ecosystem, or have sold into risk, credit, or compliance teams before.
