Role Overview
Faym is looking for a proactive Brand Account Manager to support and manage a portfolio of client accounts, including e-commerce platforms, D2C businesses, and brand partnerships. The individual will assist in day-to-day client servicing, campaign execution, and account growth, working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth delivery and strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn account management fundamentals, take ownership of tasks, and grow into a more strategic role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Account Support & Client Servicing
Support day-to-day management of client accounts under guidance from senior team members.
Act as a point of contact for routine client queries and coordination.
Build a working understanding of each client's business, objectives, and requirements.
Maintain consistent, skilled communication with clients.
Campaign & Delivery Support
Help translate client briefs into campaign plans, timelines, and requirements.
Coordinate with internal partnership, creator,
operations, and analytics teams for smooth delivery.
Track campaign progress and flag issues or delays proactively.
Ensure timelines, reporting, and basic commercial commitments are met.
Reporting & Analysis
Assist in tracking revenue, GMV, campaign performance, and other key metrics.
Support the creation of weekly/monthly reports and reviews.
Help identify basic trends or gaps in campaign performance.
Coordination & Documentation
Maintain trackers, action items, and follow-ups for assigned accounts.
Coordinate across internal teams to resolve day-to-day issues.
Escalate risks or client concerns to senior team members when needed.
Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, or a related field.
Should have experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
Basic understanding of e-commerce, D2C, or digital marketing is a plus.
