Job Description

Supervise and manage the kitchen stewarding team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence
Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols to maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and stewarding materials while optimizing costs
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities,



equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and organizational standards
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to kitchen operations
Analyze operational data and prepare reports on sanitation compliance, inventory usage, and team performance
Organize and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and productive workflow throughout service periods
Collaborate with kitchen management and other departments to address operational challenges and implement process improvements
Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and cleaning materials in accordance with safety regulations
Train and educate team members on food safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices in kitchen stewarding

Proven experience in kitchen stewarding, food service operations, or related hospitality management roles
