We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to drive strategic alliances that accelerate business growth, expand market reach, and strengthen our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for a qualified with a proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships within the CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service), cloud communications, or enterprise technology space.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will identify, negotiate, and nurture relationships with technology partners, system integrators, channel partners, and strategic alliances that contribute to long-term business success. Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that maximize partner engagement and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners across technology, channel, and business ecosystems.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers within partner organizations.
Design and implement joint Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and product integration strategies.
Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to enable successful partner launches and business expansion.
Drive partner pipeline generation and contribute to revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
Monitor partnership performance using defined KPIs and continuously optimize engagement strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within CPaaS, cloud communications, and enterprise software.
