KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the property.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategy.
• Set targets for the Sales Executive and monitor performance against them.

Client Relationship & Deal Closure
• Handle key client relationships and lead high-value negotiations directly.
• Act as the primary intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Present and finalize purchase offers, ensuring terms are favourable to the company.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements at a strategic level. • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price. • Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

Documentation & Legal Compliance
• Oversee preparation and accuracy of representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.




• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all transactions.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on complex documentation matters.

Team Leadership & Coordination
• Guide, train, and oversee the Sales Executive to ensure timely execution of sales and follow-up activities.
• Review lead pipelines and follow-up activity conducted by the Sales Executive.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on priorities and performance.

Reporting & Business Insights
• Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and business forecasts to management.
• Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).

EXPERIENCE
• Real estate sales: 7 years (Required).
